The City of Pembroke Pines, through its Technology Services department, is soliciting quotes for a 12-month renewal of its Qumulo software subscription and Mission Q Premium services under solicitation number TS-26-QQ-11. AI Contract Overview

Plano Independent School District is seeking proposals for Classroom and Instructional Supplies, Materials, and Equipment to be requested on an "As Needed" basis throughout the year, with the goal of establishing a list of Approved Vendors. The contract resulting from this RFP will be non-exclusive, allowing the district to award multiple contracts to different vendors and to continue procurement activities with other suppliers at its discretion. The estimated annual expenditure for these supplies is approximately $10 million, though this figure is not guaranteed and may increase by up to 25%. The initial contract period is from August 2023 to August 2024, with the possibility of five one-year renewal options extending the agreement through August 2029, subject to district approval. The district emphasizes that responding vendors should be aware that this RFP replaces several previous solicitations related to instructional materials, robotics, literacy intervention, student planners, and laminating supplies, and vendors who responded to related RFPs should respond to this solicitation to avoid lapses in contracts. The procurement process is aligned with federal regulations (2 CFR Part 200) and is intended to support purchases funded through local, state, federal, and grant sources. Vendors are encouraged to respond even if they are sole source providers of certain products. The district emphasizes that this process does not guarantee any purchase but aims to create a pool of qualified vendors for future requests. The response deadline is June 18, 2024, and inquiries can be directed to the designated contact, Brandi Dahlquist. The district reserves the right to issue additional RFPs as needed and maintains flexibility to extend or renew contracts based on district needs and vendor performance.
