Cleaning services and maintenance must be provided to the following designated premises at the Canadian Embassy in Madrid. ? Chancery ? Official Residence ? Staff quarters The work includes providing cleaning and maintenance services for the premises, including all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, labour, supervision, and other items related to the services as described herein and is exempt only from those items that are specifically noted, on a regular basis, and any additional cleaning and minor maintenance required to meet operational needs. Services must be provided in accordance with the specifications set out in this statement of work and must at all times promote a clean, safe, and professional environment without interfering with the daily activities or movements of occupants, clients, or visitors to the building. The work also includes the provision of multi-skilled handyman services such as minor building maintenance, gardening services, logistics and mail management, as well as any additional multi-skilled services required to meet operational needs.
