Clearwater at Windsor

The project known as Clearwater at Windsor, located in the Town of Windsor, California, involves the construction of an 11.7-acre senior living facility within the floodplain of Pruitt Creek and the development of a 933-foot long, 1.47-acre bypass channel floodway to enhance flood control and hydraulic capacity. The bypass channel will include a storm drain outfall and 442 cubic yards of rock slope protection to securely connect it to Pruitt Creek and ensure proper water flow.
