Scope of work: • Demo: Remove drywall surrounding shower in order to gain access to wall flanges • Demo: Remove shower diverter trim and store for reuse. Remove shower rod and discard. Removeand discard shower base and walls • Plumbing: Provide and install new 36x36 shower base and walls. Provide new seal at drains,existing traps to be reused. • Plumbing: Reinstall shower trim, test system for leaks • Architectural: Install new drywall where damaged, prep prime , paint to match existing • Architectural: Provide access panel to back wall of diverter for future maintenance access • Architectural: Caulk all seams on walls and floor. Install new shower rod Exclusions/ Clarifications / Explanations • Work will be performed during normal business hours Monday-Friday 0700-1700 • Existing shower drains are assumed to be in working order and reused. No access to floor below isanticipated
