Cohesity Dataprotect Service Subscription **SBR Master Contractor Only**

This Small Business Reserve procurement, solicitation BPM059256, is issued by the Comptroller of Maryland, Office of Administration and Finance, for Cohesity DataProtect service subscriptions and associated support. The award is strictly limited to certified small business vendors who meet the statutory requirements of State Finance and Procurement Article, §§14-501–14-505, and are certified by the GOSBA Small Business Reserve Program. Additionally, only Master Contractors previously awarded a contract under the Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services 2012 (060B2490022) are eligible to bid. The scope of work includes a three-year term with annual payments for DataProtect, Replica or Retention, and SmartFiles service subscriptions, along with 24x7 premium support for hardware components.
