The New York State Office of Parks Recreation and Historic Preservation is soliciting proposals for the operation of a seasonal food, beverage, and camp store concession at Southwick Beach State Park. The selected licensee will be responsible for all operational costs and will pay a fee to State Parks. The initial term of the license is scheduled to run from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029, with a possible two-year extension. Minimum operating hours are required from Memorial Day through Labor Day, with additional weekend service until Columbus Day.
