Intent to Sole Source_Office Furniture_Facility F20016The United States Air Force intends to award a sole source contract to Elements IV Interiors for a comprehensive furniture package to update Facility 20016 at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. This procurement covers conference tables, buffet credenzas, seating, break room furniture, glass boards, and flooring to replace outdated items that no longer support mission functions. The sole source determination follows a competitive solicitation that resulted in only one technically acceptable offer from Elements IV Interiors, making this a sole source action under NAICS code 337214 for office furniture manufacturing. The price has been deemed fair and reasonable based on the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Interested parties may submit capability statements or proposals within five days of the notice to be considered for potential competition, although this is primarily a sole source procurement. Communications must follow specific guidelines, including clearly marked email subject lines to avoid filtering issues. The contracting point of contact is Dametria Walder, with inquiries accepted until 11:00 am ET on June 12, 2026. This action complies with Department of Defense requirements, including contractor registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). The associated documents include the Statement of Work and a redacted Sole Source Justification.
