The Town is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced professional firms to conduct a compensation/classification study and provide recommendations to ensure that the Town remains competitive in the South Florida marketplace and can continue to attract and retain a talented workforce at market rates. Proposers should assume a not-to-exceed three (3) month project duration beginning upon execution of the contract and/or agreement. The firm awarded the contract shall be paid on a flat fee basis.
