Full Description

Prepare contract documents for Special Project to construct repairs to base fire station, Bldg 4074. Work shall include the following: Demolition of partition walls that are not in compliance with NFPA 101 Life Safety Standards; rebuilding the walls to meet NFPA 101 standards; replacing deteriorated floor coverings; replacing deteriorated doors; replacing deteriorated windows; replacing deteriorated toilet fixtures, partitions, showers, and lavatories; interior and exterior painting; electrical work to include replacing deteriorated light fixtures, switches, and receptacles. Project will also install a wet pipe fire sprinkler system to meet Life Safety Standards . Project scope accounts for rental of modular office trailers to use as temporary living quarters for the Fire Department while their facility undergoes renovation.
