Construction Security Services NIWDC

This contract solicits comprehensive construction security services at the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) located at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek–Fort Story (Virginia Beach, VA). The contractor will provide full-time security personnel with at least SECRET clearance to enforce the government-approved Construction Security Plan (CSP) in strict compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Navy (DON), and Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWDC) policies. Key roles include a Site Security Manager, Construction Surveillance Technician (Lead and Technician), and Cleared American Guards, each with detailed experience, certification, and supervisory requirements.
