7 OCT 2020 - Uploaded Upper Bay Reach Data Report. 6 OCT 2020 - Uploaded one Geotechnical Investigation File for DMPA 2 and one Data Report File for CB-61 thru CB-85. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps), Galveston District, is requesting input from government, industry, and other parties for an upcoming dredging project. The Corpus Christi Ship Channel, Texas Channel Improvement Project Contract 3 - Upper Bay Reach is a project that proposes to deepen and widen the existing main channel from station 70+000 in the Upper Bay Reach, just west of La Quinta Junction, towards Optional Inner Harbor dredge reaches (e.g. Avery Point area and Chemical Basin), if exercised. Other elements of proposed project construction involve dredging of new barge lanes, open-water disposal, and incremental raising of existing perimeter dikes at existing upland placement areas (e.g. Placement Areas 1-2; 3A and 3B) with associated drop-outlet structure modifications. Optionally, further proposed construction activities may involve removal of buried pipeline crossings from federal navigation channel template limits, if exercised. When considering Base and Options the project dredging is anticipated to encompass approx. 11.6 miles of main channel. The majority length of Upper Bay channel dredging work is starting past the La Quinta Junction and ending before reaching the Inner Harbor bridge. This segment of Upper Bay channel will include new barge lanes on both sides of Bay Reach. The project involves dredging maintenance material of the existing channel to the -47 feet Mean Lower Low Water (MLLW) template and dredging new work type material for the new channel -54 feet MLLW template. The total maintenance material from the existing project template is estimated to generate 2.4M cubic yards (CY). Dredging of the new work material for fully deepening and widening channel project (e.g. authorized depth and advanced maintenance) is estimated to generate 11,100,000 CY. The preliminary estimated completion time for base work (e.g. Schedule No. 1) is 496 days. If all proposed project options are exercised the project duration is estimated at a total of approx. 687 days. The assumed dredging plant type equipment and dredging rate is based on pipeline production. Available geotechnical information is displayed on the Corp of Engineers project plans. Attachments: 1. Market Intelligence Questionnaire JBR041 – Pallet Processing Facility/JBR044 – Rapid Deployment Facility
Solicitation # W911KB29RWP01-A
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska District, is seeking market intelligence for two military construction projects at JBER-Richardson, Alaska, with a combined estimated target budget of approximately 182.5 million dollars. The first project, the Pallet Processing Facility (JBR041), has a target budget of 79.5 million dollars to create a 52,000 square foot, all-weather, 24-hour facility that will serve as the sole hazardous cargo processing point and consolidated alert final preparation and holding area at JBER. The second project, the Rapid Deployment Facility (JBR044), has a target budget of 103 million dollars and consists of a complex to support pre-deployment and redeployment for a Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), featuring a Passenger Shed for personnel processing and a Joint Inspection Facility equipped with vehicle inspection lanes, an indoor wash rack, and a covered defuel point. Both facilities require specialized cold climate design for Climate Zone 7, cybersecurity for four platforms, sustainability measures, and comprehensive site improvements including utilities and storm drainage. The anticipated period of performance spans fiscal years 2029 through 2032, with design starting in the first quarter of FY29 and a 24-month construction period beginning in FY30. This current action is a sources-sought effort to gather industry feedback on the most effective project delivery methods, such as CM@Risk or Design-Build, and to evaluate industry capabilities regarding arctic adaptation and schedule risks.

AIR FORCE CRYPTOLOGIC OFFICE COMMERCIAL SOLUTIONS OPENING
Solicitation # FA7037-21-S-C001
The Air Force Cryptologic Office (AFCO) Cyberspace Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance and Multi-Domain Innovation Division is soliciting innovative commercial capabilities through Commercial Solutions Opening FA7037-21-S-C001. The agency is seeking mature technologies and innovative services in Electromagnetic Warfare, Information Operations, and electromagnetic digital communications, with a specific goal of achieving a field demonstration within one year. The procurement process is divided into two phases: Phase I requires the submission of a quad chart and a white paper, while Phase II consists of full proposals by invitation only. Awards may be issued as traditional contracts or Other Transactions (OT), with potential funding ranging from 50,000 dollars to 50 million dollars over a period of performance lasting between one and five years. The evaluation process is based on technical merit, importance to agency programs, and fund availability, utilizing peer or scientific review to select offerors. Successful projects are expected to follow a structure of base period tasks to demonstrate feasibility, followed by option tasks for design, fabrication, testing, and evaluation. Because the work supports DoD ISR-Cyber capabilities, offerors must possess the necessary personnel and facility security clearances to handle classified work independently. All acquired technologies are treated as commercial items under 10 USC 3458 and DFARS 212.70. Submissions are managed by Carissa Heuertz, and the performance location is identified as San Antonio, Texas.
