The County of St. Paul is seeking tenders for the supply and delivery of fuel products meeting the minimum specifications attached to this Tender. Delivery of goods will commence January 1, 2027 and continue for a 24 month term, ending December 31, 2028. Tender pricing shall reflect RACK prices as of the week of October 31, 2026, and will include haulage fees and markup.
