The City of Leduc (the “City”) invites Proponents to submit a formal proposal in response to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to provide a retail fuel program and the supply and delivery of bulk dyed diesel and regular gasoline (the “Services”) with the intent to negotiate and enter into a Contract with the City for the Services.
