This is a request for GSA Schedule pricing. The Office of the Federal Public Defender, Western District of Texas has identified a need to procure cubicles for a new space for Headquarters located in San Antonio, TX. In order to be considered for the award you must be able to meet all of the requirements. General Project Requirements: An on-site visit with FPD staff must be completed prior to quote submission. (Details below on scheduling) Offeror must provide complete delivery and installation services to include: off-loading of items from delivery truck, un-packing of items from boxes, inspection of items for concealed damage, , discarding all packing debris and installation of furniture. Any of this work that would require use of the building elevator will be required to be done after normal business hours per building guidelines. (between 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. CST or weekends) All items are to be F.O.B. Destination, withing consignee's premises. *This is a multi-story building; building requirements and info on loading dock can be found here: https://300convent.com/main.cfm?sid=pprocedures&pid=mprocedures Installation will be during regular business hours. (8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. CST) Furniture will be delivered and installed at: Bank of America Plaza 300 Convent St. Ste. 2350 (23rd floor) San Antonio, TX 78205 The following should be included in your proposal: The attached vendor information sheet, filled out in its entirety. An itemized price quotation spreadsheet, including per item pricing and total cost extended for quantities specified which includes all hardware needed for assembly. All associated freight, delivery, and installation costs. Include manufacturer specifications, color options and photos of product lines specified. A copy of liability insurance/ Certificate of Insurance Site Visit Prior to submission of quotation, the contractor must conduct an on-site walk-through with staff of the Federal Public Defender at the location on 300 Convent St. Site visits will be scheduled from Monday, May 1st through Wednesday, May 10th, between 9:00 am CST and 4:00 pm CST. You can schedule a site visit with Angela Kessel by either phone, +1 (555) 000-0000 or email, contact@example.gov. Visits must be scheduled at least 2 business days in advance. We will need a POC for the site visit as well as a good contact phone number and email. A calendar invite will be sent out to confirm the visit is on the schedule. Award: Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror which meets the Federal Public Defender's technical requirements. Following the award, delivery and installation is desired within 45 days of the date of order. All offers must be received by 5:00 pm. CST, Thursday, May 18, 2023.
