Full Description

The proposed contract action is for products for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source contingent upon funds availability to Unique Communications of Denver, under the authority of FAR 13.106. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. However, all quotes received by 21 September 2007, 3:00 pm MST, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be by considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Sole Source is based upon the individual?s exclusive licensing and the only software that will interface with the existing El Paso Country CAIRS system to allow for E911 to the 21st Communications Squadron, Peterson AFB CO.
