Full Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 17 Network Contracting Office, on behalf of VA North Texas VAHCS Dallas intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to Innovative Product Achievements, LLC., 1105 Satellite Blvd NW, Suite 300, Suwanee, GA 30024-4613. Innovative Product Achievements, LLC., shall establish a standing maintenance program for the ScrubEx machine. This contract provides for a factory trained service technician to conduct the Preventative Maintenance at an interval of your choice. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (2), soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 541690 and has a size standard of $15M for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 2:00pm CST, September 6, 2019 to contact@example.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
