Currently, 80 licenses for each estimator package are required, and the software is certified for use by both the Farm Service and Rural Development agencies. This notice serves as a call for interested companies to submit detailed supporting evidence demonstrating their capability to meet the contract’s requirements, even though the government may choose not to pursue competitive procurement.
