The Department of Veterans Affairs plans to award a sole source purchase order to Government Marketing & Procurement, LLC (GMP) for the provision of QGenda On Call Physician Scheduling Web Based Services, featuring advanced scheduling automation, for use at the Charleston VA Medical Center. This procurement will be conducted under simplified acquisition procedures due to the unique nature of the requirement, as GMP is the exclusive authorized distributor of QGenda products for federal agencies via its GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract. QGenda’s proprietary integration with the existing VOCERA communication system at Charleston VAMC is critical, and no alternative scheduling platform has been identified that supports this interoperability. The contract will be a firm fixed price type with a period of performance from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, including four option years, with an estimated total value not exceeding $550,000. The place of performance is primarily the Charleston VA Medical Center, with remote and cloud access as applicable. Although this notice is not a solicitation and no competitive proposals will be immediately accepted, interested parties capable of meeting the specific requirements may submit a written capability statement by May 27, 2026. The government will use these responses solely to determine the feasibility of future competition, retaining the discretion to proceed unilaterally based on the unique and highly specialized nature of the services required.
