1. Summary THIS REQUEST IS RESERVED FOR HOLDERS OF SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT #EN578-191593 ONLY. Department of Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), also known by its applied title Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), requires a centralized, secure, cloud-based data analytics and artificial intelligence platform, or “the Offeror’s Solution”, to support the Data Coherence and Responsiveness initiative (DC-R). The Offeror’s Solution must enable integrated data access, high-performance analytics, near real-time reporting, AI-assisted analysis, and strong data governance to support timely, reliable, and decision-ready insights. IRCC manages significant volumes of operational data and ad hoc information requests that require rapid, accurate, and explainable analysis to support decision-making. The current environment is characterized by legacy platforms, manual processes, and capacity constraints that limit scalability, responsiveness, and confidence in reported results. The Offeror’s Solution must improve timely access to trusted data, support efficient analysis of evolving requests, and enable more consistent, traceable, and reliable reporting while longer-term enterprise data modernization efforts continue to mature. 2. Security There are security requirements associated with this requirement. 3. Contract period IRCC intends to award one contract for this solution for eight months with the option to extend for an additional four periods of one year each, under the same terms and conditions.
