Notice of Proposed Procurement The requirement is for the Department of Justice Canada. This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner, as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offers Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected. Description of the Requirement: Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide The Department of Justice’s Library Services, Information Solutions Branch (the “Client”) for a SaaS Cloud Based Enterprise Library Management System (the “Solution”). This includes configuration, implementation, training and professional services. JUS has an initial requirement for a commercially available SaaS Solution for approximately 30 Client Users. The required Software as a Service Solution must include access to the SaaS Solution, a 12-month warranty, software maintenance and support, and documentation. Training and professional services must also be provided, if requested. The bid solicitation is intended to result in the award of a contract for one (1) year, plus four (4) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract. All parts of the Software as a Service Solution must be available to the Client Users 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, in English and French, and operate at all times in accordance with the Statement of Work in the Client's operational environment described in the bid solicitation. The term "Client User" refers to the employees of the Client, the Minister's office and staff, and other individuals authorized by the Client to perform services in relation to the business and affairs of the Client, including contractors or consultants performing work for the Client from time to time. Security Requirement: There are no security requirements.
