Blank Bill of Quantity (BOQ) are provided in both pdf. and excel. formats, for your use. Pre-Solicitation Site Visit (PPSV) is scheduled on 26 August 2026 Time: 1000-1200 hours. Philippines local time. per below detail: Contractors did not submitted the base access request, in reference to Pre-solicitation Notice# N4008426R7504 will not be allowed to attend the site visit.
