The City is also considering a dual-option offering that would add a new buy-up plan; the buy-up design is still under development. Offerors should describe their ability to support a dual-option dental offering and provide pricing for the current plan and any proposed buy-up option as requested. The City offers one voluntary vision plan with MetLife. The City offers an Employee Assistance Plan with Sentara. The City offers Basic and Voluntary Life through Securian.
