Design-Build Services For Solar And Energy Storage Installations At Category 1 City-Owned Properties

The City of Pasadena, California, through its Water and Power Department, is soliciting proposals for design-build services to install solar and energy storage systems at Category 1 City-owned properties. The project aims for completion by June 2028 and encompasses a full lifecycle of services, including site evaluation, engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, interconnection, and commissioning.
