This is a Sources Sought (Market Research) Notice.  This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request forProposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be taken as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue asolicitation or award contract.


The following draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is for Di-Electric Testing Services.  Conduct semi-annual ground analysis testing on Electrical Protective Equipment (40 pairs of Gloves) and annual ground analysis testing on Vehicles (four bucket trucks with liners, 60-foot capacity; one bucket truck with liner, 40-foot capacity; ten hot sticks; and one line truck) located on Fort Shafter (FS) and Schofield Barracks (SB) on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.


The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified firms relative to North America Industry Classification (NAICS) code 541380.


Please provide the following information on your capability statement:


1-Your intent to submit a quote for this requirement when it is formally advertised.


2-Name  of firm with address, phone number, e-mail address, and point of contact name, phone number, and email address.


3-Cage Code and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI).
