The Office of Policy, Planning, and Resources for Public Diplomacy (R/PPR) is seeking information from qualified technology and data access providers regarding solutions for analyzing foreign adversarial propaganda from state and non-state actors. The Department is interested in solutions that enhance its ability to access relevant open-source data, identify adversarial propaganda influence networks, conduct digital media forensics including deep fake detection, assess linkages between activity across the information environment and real world behavior, while ensuring compliance with all applicable statutes and regulations. Must be FedRamp compliant.


The full list of current requirements for the SaaS is attached. This is a Request for Information only and does not constitute the promise of a future solicitation. The Government will not accept proposals in response to this RFI.
