Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) requires the services to support the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Front Office, more importantly the resources to support the CISA website. As the National Coordinator for Critical Infrastructure Security and Resilience, CISA works with partners at every level to identify and manage risk to the cyber and physical infrastructure that Americans rely on every hour of every day. CISA.gov provides the information, tools, and resources to support the American public as well as private industry, small businesses, and government at all levels to defend against and respond to cybersecurity threats. CISA works with partners to defend against today’s threats and collaborate to build a more secure and resilient infrastructure for the future and CISA.gov facilitates the sharing of that information to public and private entities who working together with CISA to improve the security and resilience of critical infrastructure. The website supports the Department’s strategic goals and responsibilities, keep the public informed of activities, and provide information during crisis. Including, but not limited to, operational cybersecurity information for preventing cyber-attacks and mitigating cybersecurity risk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
