The Department of War (DoW) Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) Directors Action Group (DAG) requires professional, technical, and system integration services to maintain, assess, and remediate its enterprise-wide risk management (ERM) and risk management and internal control (RMIC) program.


This solicitation is issued as an RFQ under open-market commercial simplified procedures. The Government intends to award a single contract resulting from this solicitation without discussions. Offerors are cautioned to submit their best technical and pricing terms initially. This RFQ is available only to 13 CFR § 127.300 certified Women Owned Small Business (WOSB).


Security Requirements: This acquisition does not require a facility or personnel security clearance. However, performance of this contract will require access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) only. The contractor must provide adequate security to safeguard CUI in accordance with DoDI 5200.48, NIST SP 800-171, and DFARS 252.204-7012 (Safeguarding Covered Defense Information and Cyber Incident Reporting).
