DT-574 Hydrophones

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, is seeking qualified contractors to establish a five-year indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) production contract for DT-574 Hydrophones under solicitation N66604-26-R-0068. The contractor is required to design, document, manufacture, test, package, and deliver both first article and production units that fully comply with the Critical Item Performance Specification (CIPS) and the established Product Baseline. All hydrophones must be sequentially serialized, with first article units beginning at FA001 and production units following a designated government-provided serialization method. The contractor must establish and maintain an Operations Security (OPSEC) program, including initial and annual training, vulnerability assessments, and flow-down requirements to subcontractors. Access to technical documents is restricted to Department of Defense personnel and contractors and requires a formal request due to export control markings. Transportation of deliverables must conform to DTR 4500.9-R, and monthly production progress reports must be submitted throughout the contract period.
