EBO CTG FIRE SYSTEM PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

The U.S. Embassy Bogota, under the Department of State, is soliciting quotations for preventive maintenance services on the NOTIFIER NSF-920 fire alarm system located on the 4th and 5th floors of the Embassy Branch Office in Cartagena, Colombia, under solicitation number 19C02026Q0013. The requirement is for semiannual general maintenance consisting of two service visits per year, along with quarterly tasks to be performed by specialized and trained technicians, including functional testing of the smoke control panel, and the submission of detailed reports, Bills of Materials, and labor quotes for any out-of-scope discrepancies. The contract has a one-year base period with the option for two additional one-year extensions, with a maximum total duration of five years and six months.
