Reissue of Request for Standing Offer – for only Zone 1 Newfoundland East. This request for standing
offer (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO number Doc4523307831 - EC095-230013 dated
13/5/2024 with a closing of 14/6/2024 at 14:00 EDT.
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Atlantic Region, on behalf of various government departments has a requirement for a Regional Master Standing Offer for the supply, delivery and offloading of various quantities of miscellaneous groceries to kitchens, and ships in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, on an “as and when requested basis” for the period of the Standing Offer from award date to April 30, 2027.
A maximum of 1 Standing Offers will be awarded per zone. Canada will consider the compliant offer with the lowest evaluated price on an aggregate basis for issuance of a standing offer. Bidders may bid on as many or as few zones as they wish and zones are evaluated independently of each other.
Bidders may submit inquiries about this solicitation only through the Ariba messaging tool.
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details.
