AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by June 28, 2023 at 2:00 pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Western Region, on behalf of Department of National Defence, has a requirement for Regional Individual Standing Offers for the supply, delivery and offloading of Miscellaneous Groceries on an as and when requested basis to CFB Wainwright in Denwood, AB. The period of the Standing Offers will be for six months, from August 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024, with applicable refresh and rebid periods as indicated in Annex B of this document. There will be one Standing Offer awarded per commodity, if one supplier is successful in more than one commodity, then the commodities will be combined for that supplier. Otherwise there will be up to four standing Offers issued for this requirement for each period.
