EFC - Rhapsody Software Support and Mtce

The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare is seeking a non-competitive procurement exemption under IDAPA 38.05.01.042.10 for the annual support and maintenance of Rhapsody software. This specialized integration engine is critical for public health surveillance and communicable disease control, managing the transformation and routing of electronic laboratory and case reports for over 70 diseases, including bio-terrorism agents, to the CDC and other interstate systems.
