This is for maintenance services on the elevating devices, including all necessary tools, equipment, materials, travel, and labor to maintain, inspect, test, provide software updates and/or upgrades, repair, and services, located at the NDMC 1745 Alta Vista Drive. Mandatory arrangements have been made for a site visit to be held on May 7, 2026 at 10:00am. Offerors that attended the mandatory site visit for Solicitation EJ196-260929A on February 12 are exempt from re-attending for EJ196-260929B. Failure to attend, where required, will result in the offer being declared non-responsive. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 2:00pm, April 30 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and date of birth of the person(s) who will attend.
