Offerors that attended the mandatory site visit for Solicitation EJ196‑260929A on February 12 are exempt from re‑attending for EJ196‑260929B. Failure to attend, where required, will result in the offer being declared non‑responsive. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 2:00pm, April 30 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and date of birth of the person(s) who will attend.
