ELEV8 Utah - Experience Development Program

The Utah Office of Tourism, through the State of Utah Division of Purchasing, is seeking statements of qualifications from professional service providers to co-develop the curriculum and practical toolkits for the ELEV8 Utah Experience Development Program. This procurement is conducted under Administrative Rule R33-105 for small purchases of professional services, with a small purchase threshold of $100,000.00. The scope of work involves an estimated 195 professional hours, and while the total contract value is to be determined, the proposed payment structure involves 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
