ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Emergency Medical Ambulances
The Monroe County Board of Commissioners Emergency Services is hereby accepting sealed bids for Emergency Medical Ambulances.
Bids must be received by Friday, October 2, 2026 at 10:00a.m. Absolutely no bids will be accepted after the aforementioned time and date. Bids should be clearly marked Emergency Medical Ambulances. Bid packets may be mailed to Monroe County Board of Commissioner, PO Box 189, Forsyth GA 31029 or hand delivered to Monroe County Board of Commissioner, Phyllis Durham, Senior Purchasing Agent 38 W Main Street,2ND floor Forsyth GA 31029. No faxed bids will be accepted.
Scope of Work:
- Emergency Medical Ambulance Bid Worksheet-will provide copy - Please answer all question with a yes or no - Any bid packet with unanswered questions will result in disqualification

The vendor shall furnish all Emergency Medical Ambulances as stated in the scope of work as required to satisfactorily complete all orders according to specifications in the bid packet.
The successful bidder will be required to provide Monroe County with a Certificate of Insurance for General Liability and Worker's Compensation.
