REISSUANCE: The City of Milton is seeking proposals from qualified medical professionals to provide medical direction and oversight to the Milton Fire Department¿s Emergency Medical Service that provides services to the City of Milton residents and visitors. Medical Director shall provide full-time Emergency Medical Direction by a competent board-certified Georgia licensed Emergency Physician, or associate physician on call and available 24 hours a day, seven (7) days per week with contact via radio or telephone within fifteen (15) minutes of notification, for the City to resolve medical issues within the scope of this agreement. All applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations shall apply. All medical professionals must comply with all general and special requirements of the RFP information and instructions enclosed herein. The City desires a five (5) year agreement which is renewed annually.
All qualified proposals will receive consideration without regard to age, handicap, religion, creed or belief, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin.
The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
