The documents will reflect the current state of the scientific literature; documents may also include solicited stakeholder or expert opinion. At the request of NEMSAC, NTHSA, or the Lead Authors with NHTSA approval, the documents may include solicited stakeholder and expert opinion, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, both for inclusion within the text of the documents and as a means for allowing for stakeholder comment on draft documents prior to their publication. The documents will be submitted to NHTSA in a format suitable for electronic publication to EMS stakeholders. Any interested qualified 8(a) SDB firms should submit their Corporate Capability Statement, which demonstrates the firm's ability and past experience in no more than 10 pages to perform the key requirements described above to the identified NHTSA point of contact listed herein.
