The Port’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) program is part of the Total Rewards Package that supports our employees and their families in multiple ways. They provide confidential assessment, support and referral services for participant's wellbeing, available 24/7 for participant requested support and program (Human Resources) requested services. Services include lifestyle and daily living resources & referrals; family support & referrals; crisis intervention, support & assistance; and financial and legal assistance. Services, education and resources can be found on a website or by phone.
