Employee Listening Platform

This Procurement Process covers four (4) main types of products and services: Employee surveying: robust online surveying platform that enables BDC to conduct annual and pulse surveys as well as various employee lifecycle and ad hoc surveys. It must have strong results analysis and reporting capabilities for quantitative and qualitative responses for both annual and event-based types of surveys. Open feedback system: an online platform that supports continuous feedback in a way that employees can participate in a more unstructured way and on a voluntary basis. The platform must support a fast, near real time, analysis, and reporting. This system can be integrated withing the core employee surveying tool or a separate module or product. If so, it needs to be detailed adequately in the pricing section. Implementation and support: we are looking for a vendor that will lead the integration requirements whether through vendor’s service offering or proven third party. This will require a detailed delivery process, establishment of a product backlog, training and support beyond implementation, quality assurance, customer service, etc. Consulting services (optional): covering advisory services for the BDC engagement process and strategy throughout the duration of the contract.
