Successful bidders will meet all specified criteria for this trailer listed herein, and will be chosen based on the ability to fulfill the city’s budgetary principles.Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Each sealed envelope containing a bid must be clearly marked as: Equipment Trailer Bid. If mailing the bid, bidders should place the sealed envelope inside another envelope addressed to the City Clerk, 611 N. Mulberry Suite 300 Derby, KS 67037.The trailer supplied shall meet the minimum specifications attached, and must be standard production, new and not previously owned. Bidder shall verify compliance with the attached specifications by so denoting next to each item. Complete printed literature, publications, and a photo of the unit proposed must be included with each bid.Bids must be viable for a period of 90 days.Each bidder shall specify the delivery date, not to exceed 30 days after receipt of the purchase order.
