The General Services Administration has a continued urgent need for the continuation of E-Gov Travel-1 Services to those remaining customer agencies that are currently in varying phases of ETS 2.0 adoption and implementation which has been justified under FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source. As a result, it is anticipated that the agencies listed below will need varying lengths of extended ETS1 coverage under GS-33F-N0017 which includes ETS1 shut down and data delivery. The agencies identified for coverage under this extension are the Department of Labor, the Department of State, USAID, Federal Communications Commission and the US Department of Justice. No agency will need services beyond six months. The E-Gov Travel Service 1 (ETS1) program provides mandatory travel services under the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) E-Gov Act of 2002, Pub. L No. 107-347, for up to seventy-one (71) Chief Financial Officer and Federal Financial Reform Act of 1990 (CFO Act) agencies, Non-CFO agencies and several other Government Commissions and Corporations. The ETS1 travel service is an essential service. The services delivered by ETS1 include secure web based fully integrated end-to-end processes for Travel Authorization, Travel Reservation (air, hotel, and car), and Travel Vouchering (local and temporary duty) and reporting. These essential services have been tailored and integrated into specific agency business systems (Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Financial) to meet specific agency requirements. ETS1 has replaced paper-based solutions.
