The Regional Contracting Officer at the Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia, plans to award a sole source contract to Batwin and Robin Productions, Inc. for professional exhibit fabrication and installation at the Marine Corps Museum. This contract is a direct continuation and closeout of an existing agreement for creating, producing, and installing audiovisual media synchronized with theatrical lighting within the National Museum of the Marine Corps. This notice is not a solicitation for competitive bids, but interested parties may submit a written Statement of Capability by 10:00 AM on July 15, 2008. The government retains sole discretion to decide whether to compete the requirement based on these submissions. Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration
Solicitation # M6785426I4208
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research via Request for Information M67854-26-I-4208 to identify commercial partners for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration. The primary objective is to secure skilled, professional IT touch-labor services under a Government-Owned, Government-Operated, Contractor-Supported (GOGOCS) model. While the focus remains on providing DCWF-certified personnel, the government is seeking innovative ways to integrate AI and automation as embedded components of the service delivery model to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual labor costs over time. The government is specifically exploring service-based ordering models, such as procuring hours of service or specific outcomes rather than individual labor categories. For pricing purposes, any contractor-provided proprietary tooling costs must be included within fully burdened labor rates, as this is a services acquisition. Interested respondents must submit a capabilities narrative limited to five pages, a vendor comment matrix in Excel format with a 300-word limit per cell, and optional supplementary materials not exceeding fifteen pages. The current response deadline is November 3, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.
