The U.S. Embassy Zagreb hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: FACZG Chiller Maintenance.



The solicitation may result in the award of firm fixed price contract.



Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence via email to the addresses ZagrebBids@state.gov and MazorT@state.gov, not later than July 17th, 2026 using the solicitation name “FACZG Chiller Maintenance, U.S. Embassy Zagreb, Croatia, 19HR9026Q0014 in the subject line.
