The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Herlong, CA intends to issue a solicitation for the requirement of: Quarterly Subsistence. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311999; the small business size standard is 500 employees. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards. Delivery is required by July 17, 2026. Late deliveries will result in a negative performance evaluation.

Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/.
