Interested contractors are requested to respond to this notice by filling out and emailing completed questionnaire attachment (see attached) to Candi Smart email: csmart@bop.gov. Responses must be received no later than May 27, 2026 at 1pm EST (eastern time zone). The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Marion located at 4500 Prison Road Marion, IL 62959 intends to make a single award to a responsible entity that will provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals to repair damage to the 3-phase overhead primary distribution line and two (2) transformers.
