This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for FCI Oxford for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. 


The completed solicitation package must be returned no later than 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on June 2, 2026. The anticipated award date is on or about June 18, 2026. Vendors shall submit bid/quotes in .pdf format using the attachment titled “BRQ 15B41026Q00000004” to Jose Dominguez, Contracting Officer, by email to jdominguez@bop.gov ONLY.
