FCI Texarkana - Subsistence 4th Qtr FY2026

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, through Federal Correctional Institution Texarkana, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for subsistence items covering the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, with a NAICS code of 311991. The solicitation, numbered 15B51526Q00000014, will be posted on SAM.gov effective May 6, 2026, and responses are due by 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on May 21, 2026, submitted electronically to Tex-ProcurementProp-s@bop.gov. Contractual obligations extend beyond delivery to include stringent security, privacy, and data handling requirements under FISMA, the Privacy Act, NIST SP 800 series standards, and DOJ-specific policies. All contractor personnel must undergo annual security and privacy training, sign the Privacy Rules of Behavior, and maintain continuous monitoring and audit trails. Access to DOJ information, including source code and operational methods, must be limited and protected, with all deliverables and working papers considered Government property.
