The Department of Health and Human Services, through the Office of Acquisition and Grants Management, has issued a limited-sources justification for a firm-fixed-price modification to an existing Federal Supply Schedule order for Human Centered Design services. This modification extends the contract with Fearless Solutions LLC to ensure the continuity of critical Human Centered Design as a Service initiatives and to prevent project delivery delays. The extension is specifically intended to provide the necessary time for contract alignment across the IUSG portfolio of service offerings. This action is categorized under NAICS code 541511 and is being performed in Windsor Mill, Maryland. While the original order was placed using fair opportunity procedures, this specific extension is treated as a logical follow-on to maintain operational stability. Transition support is not anticipated during this period, and the agency expects to pursue a competitive acquisition for follow-on services once the current extension concludes.
