To All Prospective Offerors,
Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC (FFDG) is seeking a contractor for Fire Sprinkler Repair_XGal_IB2A_Lab1_MI50 at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory located in Batavia, IL.
This acquisition is being advertised as a 100% small business set-aside and as a lowest price technically acceptable procurement.
The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238220, Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors.
FFDG REQUIRES ALL SUBCONTRACTOR EMPLOYEES AND SUB-TIER SUBCONTRACTORS COMING ON TO THE FERMILAB AND SOUTH DAKOTA DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY LEASED SITES TO COMPLY WITH REAL-ID REQUIREMENTS. FOR MORE INFORMATION, PLEASE GO TO https://eshq.fnal.gov/realid/
SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for September 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Visitors should meet in the west entrance lobby of Wilson Hall at the designated time.
Each Offeror is considered a business visitor and is required to fill out an Access Request form no later than Sept 14, 2026, at:

Upon request approval, the business visitor will receive an informal invitation letter with a QR code, which you must present at the security gate.
If the individual has not submitted the request, the business visitor will be denied entry. Note that onsite access will be dependent on citizenship status. If you are a Foreign National, access may be delayed or denied. If you have a current Fermilab badge, you are not required to fill out the Access Request form.
