This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.603 – Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and RFO Part 12 procedures.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


A Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) award will be made in accordance with the following:


This acquisition is being solicited unrestricted.  The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 713940 - Fitness and Recreational Sports Center; with a size standard of $17,500,000.00.  PSC Code U005, Memberships.


The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Headquarters has a requirement to purchase 70 fitness center memberships.  This procurement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.   Quotes must be received no later than Tuesday, 14 April 2026 5 pm EST. Electronic quotes submitted via email are required.  It is the Offeror’s responsibility to ensure the quote has been received by the contracting office via email.  Fax quotes will not be accepted. Late quotes will be processed in accordance with RFO 52.212-1(c) “Late submission, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers.” Upon receipt of the electronic offer, the Government will acknowledge receipt of that offer via email to the Offeror.
